We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future—sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it:
We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement.
If you're on a subscription plan, your orders will automatically ship on your selected frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each shipment.
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
