The "Finding Your Ideal Dose" PDF was super helpful but I wanted to share my personal journey figuring out what works for me. I started at 0.10g (the low end) and didn't feel much after 2 weeks. Bumped up to 0.15g and that's been my sweet spot. I get noticeable energy and mood benefits without any jitteriness or overstimulation. Some tips: - Start low and go slow - Give each dose level at least 2 weeks before adjusting - Track your experience (journal helps!) - The "ideal" dose is where you feel benefits but no negative effects - For me, 0.15g every 3 days is perfect What dose works best for you?
